Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at footballkitclassics. We are located in Germany and aim to provide a safe and reliable shipping experience. To ensure the safety of your items, we ship all orders exclusively via insured DHL shipping with tracking.

1. Shipping Options & Insurance

Carrier: All packages are shipped with DHL (Deutsche Post).

Insurance: Every shipment is fully insured against loss or damage by DHL.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided for every shipment.

Signature: Depending on the value, a signature upon delivery may be required.

2. Shipping Rates & Destinations

We ship within Germany, to all EU countries, and to selected countries outside the EU.

Germany: 6,19€ (Insured)

EU Countries: 13,49€ (Insured)

Worldwide (Non-EU): 26,49€ (Insured)

Note: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

3. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

4. Shipping Times (Estimated)

Germany: 1–3 business days.

EU: 3–7 business days.

Worldwide: 7–14+ business days (depending on customs processing).

Please note that these are estimates, and delays may occur due to high volume, adverse weather conditions, or customs clearance.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Non-EU)

For shipments outside the European Union (EU), customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

footballkitclassics has no control over these charges.

Customs policies vary widely; please contact your local customs office for more information.

All international shipments include the necessary documentation to ensure a smooth customs process.

6. Damages and Issues

We carefully pack all orders. However, if a package arrives damaged:

Do not throw away the packaging or the item.

Take photos of the damaged package/item immediately.

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at alex.kassler@web.de

We will handle the claim with DHL and arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your address is correct. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
